| Me and You |
|---|
| - for Terry |
| Breathe to me
songs of life in our multi-faceted jewel. Color me patient, hopeful, singing; carry me to distant lands where we share unspoken thoughts. Let us caress the moment and speak of no-thing. We have broken the membrane and spread a fine mist of colorless jewels on stars as yet undreamed. And here we dwell before shadows, behind reflections, inside eyes as clear as ice. I remember the sun when the moon hesitates to fullness. I quietly emerge in flames flickering to the rhythm of beatless hearts. I worry less than the dust that gathers in your corner. Here I stand as winter cries for spring, as small creatures beg for recognition, as no one lingers in memory of us and them. |
